| About Our Business Southern Home Realtors, a minority-owned Chattanooga-based real estate company was established on January 31,2003, by, Erica Fears, Broker. Opening the doors with only one agent, with another to added two months later, Southern Home Realtors sold over 2.75 million dollars in real estate in 2003. The Staff has grown, and Southern Home Realtors is now home to five agents; Erica Fears, Broker; Kimberly Jones, Teresa Smith, Eziekel Jones, Sharlotte Polk, affiliate Brokers. Southern Home Realtors also has a full time marketing/credit manager, Cornelius Fears. Here at Southern Home Realtors our motto is to sell our clients homes and not houses.
